These are great toys. They have been enjoyed by my grandkids ranging from age 1 - 14, and several adults to boot. Built a ferris wheel with a platform first and it worked great

Ok, so they definitely don’t give these things away, but they have been an excellent investment. My almost 4 year old loves these. She tries to build the shapes on the cards (occasionally successfully) and I really think they are great for spatial recognition and reasoning. Another thing that I like is that the smallest pieces (the triangles) are not so small as many of the pieces in other STEM-oriented toys, which is great when you also have a 1 year old, who can’t help but put everything that he finds in his mouth.

The pastel colors are really nice, and the amount of pieces are OK for kids under 4.
